The DX120DSG Ultrasonic Cleaning System was originally designed to clean stainless steel components and filters. Ultrawave developed the DX120DSG to meet the specialised water-processing requirements of a global leader in ion exchange resins.
Additionally, the DX120DSG Ultrasonic Cleaning System includes sealed canisters specifically designed for solvents. These compact canisters reduce the volume of solvent needed, which lowers costs and minimises environmental impact.
Moreover, the digital LCD control panel allows accurate programming. A secondary safety thermostat shuts down the ultrasonic system at 35°C, adding an extra layer of protection.
This combination of enhanced process control and purpose-built canisters allows the DX120DSG to meet highly specific customer requirements.
For the best results, use an Ultrawave Ultraclean detergent specially formulated for ultrasonic cleaning.
