2021 Festive Season: Opening Times and Shipping Dates

Please note that the last date for ordering pre-Christmas delivery is 21st December! Final despatch before Christmas will be on 23rd December, delivery times will be governed by the courier. The following despatch date is 29th December, for which delivery times will also be governed by the courier. Please contact us with any queries about this.

Same Day Shipment

Order online before 1pm Monday-Friday for same day shipment. As standard, the below products are shipped via UPS Standard Delivery. Please be advised that shipments will leave our facility on the same day as order and will usually arrive at the UK mainland destination the next day. However, we cannot guarantee delivery date due to UPS processing times and policies. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

As our larger machines are usually made to order, these cannot always be shipped on the same day as the order is placed. We will communicate lead times with you upon order. Shipment of these orders will be arranged with a suitable carrier and shipping details will be communicated to you upon arrangement.

Please note – All shipping costs outside the EU are excluding duties and taxes.

Sometimes it is possible to rectify any issues over the telephone. Our dedicated After Sales Team may be able to troubleshoot your problem remotely, thus causing minimal disruption.

Please have to hand your model and serial number together with information on the problem prior to contacting us. The serial number of your Ultrawave ultrasonic equipment can be found on a label on the back of the machine.

Ultrawave is committed to supplying ultrasonic cleaning equipment of the highest quality. However, on rare occasions, it is possible that ultrasonic cleaners may not meet the expectations of our customers. Should this occur, we aim to address and rectify any problems you may have with Ultrawave ultrasonic cleaning equipment quickly and effectively.
