The Hygea Ultrasonic Validation Kit helps you meet the testing guidelines for measuring ultrasonic activity and cleaning efficacy in an ultrasonic bath. Designed to follow HTM recommendations, the kit gives operators confidence that their ultrasonic bath is performing effectively.

Why measure?

Regular performance checks are essential in both healthcare and industrial environments. Accurate measurement ensures every stage of your cleaning process works as intended.

Additionally, HTM01-05 recommends measuring ultrasonic activity and cleaning efficacy on a routine basis for all dental ultrasonic baths.

You can measure ultrasonic activity using the Hygea Ultrasonic Activity Meter and the aluminium foil test. At the same time, the STF Load Check Indicators allow you to assess cleaning efficacy. You can then record all results in the supplied Validation Log Book to maintain consistent documentation.
