Description
The HDX665 was originally designed and manufactured for one of the world’s largest advanced aerospace and defence suppliers for the cleaning and degreasing of precision aluminium, mild and stainless steel tubes. This 665Litre precision ultrasonic cleaning system has reduced the customer’s cleaning time by over 40%.
Incorporating a sophisticated recirculation system that comprises of a jetting system, over-flow weir, stainless steel pump and twin filtration, the HDX665 greatly enhance the cleaning performance and reduce the regularity at which the fluid needs to be changed. Improved cleaning results are delivered with lower running costs.
The HDX665 is fitted with Ultrawave’s hard chrome plated Submersible transducers, allowing easy and flexible maintenance of the system.
