Ultrawave IND-Series

Our IND-Series Large Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaners are robust and reliable, for every day heavy duty use. Available from 32 litres to 158 litres in capacity, and tank lengths up to 1.75 metres.

Above all our tanks are made in heavy duty 2mm stainless steel 316L. Stainless steel 316L particularly provides a higher corrosion resistance when compared to other grades of stainless steel (typically 304 and 316).

The IND-Series Large Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaners utilises our Frequency Leap function: The Leap function creates a more homogenous ultrasonic cavitation activity throughout the tank. Therefore, providing a more efficient, effective, reliable, and repeatable cleaning result every time.

Using aqueous solutions, the IND-Series cleans with minimal environmental impact or health and safety requirements. The stainless steel lid acts as an insulator, particularly minimising evaporation and therefore lowering heating requirements, water and detergent usage.

Suitable for across all industries, such as manufacturing, processing, and maintenance applications. The IND-Series removes contaminants from crevices and other hard to reach areas thoroughly and quickly, increasing throughput and cleaning quality of your components.

Comes with 1 year warranty as standard, also there are options to extend to 3 years or 5 years via our planned preventative maintenance service agreement.
