What do you do on a day-to-day basis at Ultrawave?
I lead the team and business, providing the tenacity to keep everyone focused on achieving our strategic goals and objectives, and delivering a truly excellent service to our customers.
What’s your area of expertise and why do you love it?
My experience and flare is in people management. I delight in seeing a colleague conquer their challenges and make the utmost of their skills and attributes.
If you could have dinner with four people, past or present, who would it be and why?
My Dad. A hardworking, humble, genuine gentleman, with high moral values and unknowing of his own influence and potential. My lifetime guide.
Albert Einstein. His pursuit to ask questions is inspiring. He was intrigued by things and had an obsession with learning, which I admire. I love his quote ‘you never fail until you stop trying’.
Freddie Mercury. A brilliant entertainer that reached out to many generations. He is part of my childhood memories. Great times!
Oprah Winfrey. An example of what greatness can be achieved. A multi-billionaire despite having so many obstacles and challenges to overcome – what a success!

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at Ultrawave?
As Technical Director for Ultrawave, I’m responsible for overseeing the design and production of our ultrasonic cleaners. This involves leading on the technical aspects of product development and continually improving our products, so they feature the best and most up-to-date design features. My role also sees me identifying and developing products for new markets and working closely with our sales team to deliver Specialised Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems tailored to meet our customers’ requirements.
What’s your area of expertise and why do you love it?
I am an Electronics Engineer by profession and a six-sigma black-belt by training.I love the sense of accomplishment experienced when a project succeeds by the application of my hard-gained knowledge
If you could have dinner with four people, past or present, who would it be and why?
Prof Brian Cox because I feel he would be enlightening and entertaining at the same time. Mohammed Ali, the greatest ever sportsman and raconteur. Leonardo DaVinci, what a visionary and Sarah Millican, to keep everyone entertained!

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at Ultrawave?
I’m part of the strategy team that runs Ultrawave, so day-to-day this involves steering the team to achieve our strategic objectives. In my role as Finance Director, I have overall control and responsibility for all the financial aspects of the business.
What’s your area of expertise and why do you love it?
I have a wealth of experience in making systems work better. I love being able to free up time to allow people to concentrate on the things that really matter, rather than performing repetitive tasks all the time.
If you could have dinner with four people, past or present, who would it be and why?
Jack Nicholas – doesn’t need a reason, just the greatest of his generation and a true moral gentleman.
George Best – a great footballer and I’m sure his stories would be the highlight of the evening.
Bill Gates – for his technical mind, but more for his projects to help communities around the world.
John Peel the DJ – music has always punctuated my life and to hear from someone who lived in it at the sharp end for so long would be a great insight.
I don’t know if they’d get along but it’s my party!

What do you do on a day-to-day basis at Ultrawave?
I work within the sales team at Ultrawave helping to sell the benefits of our ultrasonic cleaning technology. On a day-to-day basis this means working alongside my team answering technical queries, visiting customers and prospective customers to appraise their requirements and recommending solutions for their needs.
What’s your area of expertise and why do you love it?
I’m a technical specialist having started my career in engineering. My background means I have in depth knowledge of the technical aspects of our products which helps when it comes to selling them. I still get a real buzz seeing new products manufactured
If you could have dinner with four people, past or present, who would it be and why?
Albert Einstein, who wouldn’t as he was world-renowned for Theoretical Physics.
Quentin Tarantino, I enjoy his ‘unconventional’ storylines/films.
James Hetfield, because he’s a great guitarist/singer and I love the music. He’s from Metallica, for the non-initiated heavy metal fans
Freddie Mercury, the greatest singer/songwriter of all time.
