We understand that considering an ultrasonic cleaner for your business process can be a large consideration. That’s why here at Ultrawave our staff are always on hand to offer advice, guidance and ongoing support as part of our customer care and quality practices.

Our staff are happy to answer any questions you may have either onthe phone, via email or in person at our site in South Wales or st your place of business. We can offer bespoke recommendations to help you to improve your cleaning processes and seamlessly integrate ultrasonics into your existing systems.

If you decide to become one of our customers and purchase one of our larger industrial or medical units we will arrange a site visit to commission the machine and set it up ready for operation. We offer staff training to ensure you can keep your ultrasonic cleaner running at top performance. On medical units we also offer annual validation service to ensure your business is compliant with current medical cleaning regulations

We offer a 3 year warranty as standard on all units and this includes personal guidance from one of our trained service staff who can talk you through any issues you may have with operation. In the unlikely event of a fault our 3 year parts and labour warranty means that you can be confident that your unit will be serviced by one of our highly trained service staff. Depending on size we will either recall the unit and fix it at our site or we will arrange a site visit by one of our service engineers.
